1. Are pre-ordered items guaranteed to be in stock?
Customers can place an order for the pre-ordered goods first, and our colleagues will arrange the order for you. However, due to the supplier's inventory, if the customer has paid a deposit but cannot place the relevant goods, the deposit will be fully refunded to the customer.
2. If I have paid a deposit, but suddenly I no longer want it, can I get the deposit refunded?
No, because the product has been placed and the order has been arranged for you. Unless the supplier is out of stock, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3.After receiving notification of the arrival of the ordered products, how many days does it take to pick it up?
Colleagues will notify customers that the ordered products have arrived, and customers can pick up the goods at the store within 14 days. You can make an appointment with us.
4. If I cannot pick up the goods in person, are there any other ways to pick up the products?
The customer can provide the address/SF self-pickup point and delivery contact number, and notify colleagues to arrange SF delivery. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer when pick up the products.
